ePrint Digital have more than 30 years experience in the office equipment servicing arena. Managing Director – Wayne Drysdale has vast experience within the industry starting in 1987 as an apprentice through the Manchester City Council Training Scheme, employed by a local office equipment sales and service provider, progressing from Senior Engineer to roles including National Service Support Specialist for a major blue chip business equipment manufacturer and Field Service Logistics Manager for a leading independant managed print and document service provider.
I believe good service comes from ‘service’ which is why we are a customer service orientated based organisation and through our philosophy of know your product we can deliver tailor made innovative solutions that benefit customers by identifying what the best and most cost effective options meet their requirements.
As part of our approach to the customer, we do not use commission based sales people so there is no hard sell, we will not provide you a device based on profit margin or what we have in stock we favour reliability over profitability every time
All our engineers are experienced technicians and by managing area despatch, vehicle parts stock and usage efficiently we aim to respond within 4 hours – our current response time is under 2 hours and a first time fix rate of 96%.
